2. Perform sterilization:
- 120°C discharge steam pressure sterilizer: 20 minutes.
- 134°C pre-vacuum pressure sterilizer: 3.5 minutes.
3. Observe the tape: If the color changes from light yellow to grey/black, it indicates the sterilization process meets the requirements.
Note: Do not place the tape in direct contact with metal, glass, or other hard surfaces that easily form condensation. This prevents soaking and ensures the accuracy of the thermal chemical dyes.
