Product Description

This autoclave is specialized for manufacturing hollow block bricks used in building and construction. Size and specifications can be standard or customized to meet diverse industrial requirements.

1. Structure Overview

The major part of the equipment consists of the assembly body, lid device, pendulous device, safety device, support, lid insulating layer, sealing arrangement, pipeline valve, and meter. Accessories include drainage, electrical control systems, and safety interlocks.

  • Assembly Body: Welded barrel and flange with 40 equally distributed teeth. Includes internal tracks for trolley cars.
  • Lid Device: Welded by lid flange, bevel plate, and dome. Designed for free rotation and secure meshing.
  • Safety Device: Features a safety handle and ball valve to ensure the lid can only be opened after residual air is exhausted.
  • Sealing Arrangement: Uses a seal ring inlaid in the flange groove, activated by external steam pressure.
  • Steam-Electricity Safety Interlocks: Integrated control cabinet and electromagnetic locks prevent admission of steam unless the door is correctly positioned and locked.

Production Technology

  • Heat Treatment: Doors undergo annealing heat treatment after welding.
  • Magnetic Testing: Toothed cutters of the flange are polished and subjected to magnetic particle testing.
  • Strength Assurance: Physical and chemical tests (stretch, impact) are performed on materials.
  • X-Ray Detection: 100% X-ray detection on welds, followed by a 2.1MPa hydraulic test.
  • Mechanical Interlocking: Manual reducers prevent door rotation while the vessel is under pressure.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the primary application of this autoclave?
It is primarily used for the steam curing of aerated concrete bricks and hollow blocks in the building and construction industry.
What safety measures are in place to prevent accidental door opening?
The equipment features a triple safety system: manual mechanical interlocking, electric limit safety devices, and a steam-electricity safety interlock that prevents opening until internal pressure is fully exhausted.
What materials are used for the autoclave shell and insulation?
The shell is constructed from high-quality carbon steel (such as Q345R), and it is insulated with external rock wool to minimize heat loss during operation.
Can the size of the autoclave be customized?
Yes, while we have standard diameters like 1.65m to 3.5m, the length and specific configurations can be customized based on the user's production requirements.
How do you ensure the quality of the welding?
We perform 100% X-ray detection on all main welds, followed by magnetic particle testing on critical components and a mandatory 2.1MPa hydraulic pressure test before the product leaves the factory.
