Step 1: Feeding & Shredding
Medical waste is manually fed into the sterilizer. The shredding system breaks the waste into small particles for better steam penetration.
Step 2: Pre-vacuum & Sterilization
A pre-vacuum method purges air. High-temperature, high-pressure saturated steam is then introduced to kill all pathogens.
Step 3: Post-vacuum & Discharge
A post-treatment vacuum removes remaining air and moisture. The sterilized waste is then safe to be treated as ordinary household waste.
