This product uses Geobacillus stearothermophilus ATCC 9372 as the indicator strain. It consists of a bacterial strip, a recovery medium (sealed in a glass tube), and a plastic outer casing.

Technical Specs: Bacterial spore content ≥1.0×10⁸ cfu/unit. Under conditions of 54±1ºC, 60±10%RH, and 600±30mg/L EO concentration, the D-value is ≥2.0 minutes.

Specifically designed and suitable for monitoring the effectiveness of ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization processes in medical and laboratory environments.

1. Placement: Place indicators at designated positions in the sterilizer based on process requirements.
2. Activation: After sterilization, close the air hole, squeeze the plastic tube to break the internal glass tube, ensuring the strip is immersed in medium.
3. Incubation: Incubate vertically at 33ºC~37ºC for 48 hours. Include an unsterilized positive control tube.
4. Result: Yellow color indicates positive (growth); Green color indicates negative (successful sterilization).

• Results are only valid if the positive control tube turns yellow.
• Ensure the product is intact and at room temperature before use.
• Store at 4ºC~25ºC (RH 30%~70%); keep away from sunlight, UV, and sterilants.
• Discard and sterilize all positive or expired indicators after use.
• Shelf life is one year from the production date.
