Detailed Operation Process
Step 1
Step 1: Bottle Feeding Station It adopts a direct link between the conveying track and bottle feeding dial wheel, clamps the bottleneck to convey, and uses clean compressed air to accelerate delivery without scratching.
Step 2: Bottle Ionic Air Washing Station The cleaning process overturns the bottle; a suction pipe rises via cam to cover the bottle mouth; ionic air pipe rises; compressed air cleans the interior while simultaneously sucking airflow particles out.

Step 3: Filling Station Washed plastic bottles are conveyed to the filling station by a manipulator. Filling nozzles trace bottles; the upper part features a constant-pressure liquid balance tank for precision.
Step 4: Hot Melting Sealing Station Used to weld-seal the cap after filling. Employs double heating plates for non-contact hot-melt sealing. Temperature and time are fully adjustable.
